Walking into this condo in the south of Calgary, it was quite clear why they did not receive an offer in so many months. Bold interior paint colors, too much furniture and in a wrong location plus an unfiinished floor in the kitchen.

 The most important advice I offered was to paint the walls and door in a neutral and light color to showcase this listing as light and large as possible. Sherwin Williams Aesthetic White was the perfect match with all the existing finishes.

During my staging consultation I offered the owners advice on furniture placement, flow and use of art and home décor. The results are amazing and resulted in a sale within a month after the work was done.
